69 rr electrical questions
Having problems with the blinkers, flashers, wipers, gauges. Please keep in mind that I am somewhat of an electrical bozo.

Sometimes the blinkers work, sometimes they dont. The fronts are not hooked up yet but that should not matter.

I can turn on the flashers and about 5-10 seconds later they will start to work if they work at all.

Wipers worked before, now they dont at all. Tested switch, it works ok.

Gas and temp gauges never worked.

Could all this (except for the wipers) be steming from the gauge cluster and what I am guessing is some sort of voltage limiter? Is that tost and did it fry my gauges among other things? Should I be concerned with grounding?
