hi i am new here and to mopar i am 39 i just bought a 73 RR
survivor with 73k miles i have 2 immediate ??'s the vin says it is a 318 the guy i bought it from said it had to much power for a 318 that is what a 340 which side of the block would the cast
#s be on? so i can be sure also was a gowing an option for the 73,s ? if i put one on would it screw up the originality well yes i guess
but would it make it undesirable for someone else to buy? Thanks allot Robert

Small blocks have the numbers stamped just below the head on the front drivers side of the block. The wing was not an option but being only a 318 car and maybe having a different engine already it shouldn`t hurt the value any.
