RLB Administrator Posts: 334 (1/30/01 4:54 pm) Reply	A web site messed with my computer I went to a site that offers free faxing - zipfax - and it really messed with my computer. It opened three ad windows in rapid succession, which froze up IE. I tried to shutdown IE with ctrl-alt-delete and got a blue screen. After rebooting, Windows had to fix the system registry. It took two more reboots, another blue screen (that froze the computer), and finally a cold reboot to finally straighten everything out. I ran a virus scan with McAffee and it couldn't find any viruses, and I update McAffee regularly. Anyone know what could have caused this?
