Alex: Dead or Alive
I think Colin just spilled the beans about what happened to Alex. He said " I have been working on Roswell late every night last week." Regis is taped live. Now they are filming the second to last episode this week. SO if he was taping Roswell last week that would be after Alex's death. So it is possible that he (Alex) is still alive.
I hope I made some sense.

Unless they are filming flash-backs of some kind. Ya know, I just don't trust spoilers these days. I feel like we're being decoyed. Which would be fine with me!
I can't believe I missed Colin! I'm home sick with yet another flu and I didn't even think to turn it on! WWWWAAAAAAHHHHH

i would like to think he's alive too but all signs point to him dead. theres an episode that focuses on his death (Baby, Its You)

No, that episode focuses on Max/Tess and their son from the past life. "Cry Your Name" is the episode that focuses on his death.
It's possible that they're only doing flashbacks ... also, I read that in the season finale they might do a clip thing, as in the opening of VLV. They might need Alex for that. Who knows. And, there is another possibility, the writers are trying very hard to keep his death a secret (ha! not with us around) so they might have told him to say he was working on Roswell no matter what.

True Rachel! Maria mentioned that maybe they told him to say he was working. Who knows until we really see the episodes air.
How many more weeks? 5? It is going by so slow.
Karen: Sorry to hear you are sick again. I just got over being sick for 4 weeks. Cold, Flu and all around icky feeling. I feel for you. I have a 2 1/2 year old and he is a walking petry dish. But he is a cute one.

Thanks for the get well wishes, Vicki! I've been quite the petry dish myself this year. I'm tired of it I work in close proximity of about 20 other people and we just keep reinfecting each other. My boss was sick Thursday - I knew all I had to do was wait and my turn would come. It did - Saturday.
But, ya know, that pic Ryal posted of the boys playing basketball made me feel tons better!!!

Hmm...this sounds interesting, and very Roswellian. Maybe Alex really isn't dead, but I don't know how that's possible, what I saw looked pretty final to me. Oh, well I hope Alex is alive and will be back. But like you all have said, he could just be filming some flashbacks, like they've done on the X-Files. Guess we'll find out in about a month.

I am sick too. I've been sick 3 times already this year. Gah, it really sucks, doesn't it? Especially since every time my mom or I get sick, my dad pretends he is too. Can't step out of the limelight for even a minute.

Rachel: Sounds like your Dad just needs his women to feel better. That is so cute. Hope you feel better too. I had it for 4 weeks and lost my voice. Try hold a conversation with Nick and Jason w/o a voice. I sounded awful when I saw them in Covina a few weeks ago. No I don't think I am the one that got Jason sick ...I know you were thinking that ....I wouldn't have minded .....never mind, I will go back and read some more FanFic.

Hopefully Alex is dead. His character didn't have enough depth and Colin was underused in that role.... but Alex posessed by Kivar... that could be awesome. Imagine him in some secret Skin command center siting in a huge leather chair with Lonnie on his lap.... then he looks at her and gives her a kiss and says "Hail to the Chief Baby"...

I think dead...
There was a link posted on FF awhile back to an interview with Katherine and Colin. In the interview she was saying the hardest thing about filming the episode was because Colin wasn't coming back. So, with that in mind and various commentary by Jason Katims, I have to think he really is dead. I don't like that, mind you.
