Ok, I myself am interested in the pagan aspects of angels as a form of deity themselves.

On the question of Fallen/Unfallen angels are concerned, I have no doubt that there will be some angels that fall into either side of the spectrum, but in my belief, there's also a grey area... those angels who serve no specific purpose but are there for people born in a certain month or under a particular Zodiac symbol, even those who have rule over the elements and who are there should they be called upon.

On the most often asked question of what they look like, a lot of the time they look how you want them to look, they give you exactly what you need for a certain moment in time, you might, for instance, have a vision of an angel with black wings each time you think of Uriel or Azrael... they will come to you in that form... they speak in the voice you hear each time you think...
Even in some cases, you may vision an angel as maybe Metatron from dogma, or John Travolta's depiction of Micheal, either way, they will give you exactly what you need at the time you call upon them.

Sorry if I seem like an idiot, but, I'm merely putting across a point of view which comes from a person who takes a keen interest in the non-biblical side of Angelic influence. After all, the bible seems to condemn every angel other than Micheal, Uriel, Raphael, Metatron and Gabriel... (no offense to those who have steady beliefs in the bible)
