Another dumb question

I would like to know how to make the links change colors when the cursor is on top of it?I saw on another board like a rainbow effect.Can I do that or is it to complicated?

go to www.dynamicdrive.com

then click (i think) - links and buttons, then click rainbow links

its a nice script

You can do it with CSS and expand on it using Pseudo Classes
