B-E-W-A-R-E... KEEP OUT!
A large frozen sign, almost completely covered by snow and completely un-readable. Had anyone been able to read it, they would have learned that they were to stay away from the large icy wall that stood in front of them. The sign formerly read: BEWARE! KEEP OUT!
They would have been warned of the icy death that was sure to await them atop the wall. And they also might have had the sense to look up, and see the tall ape-like form of Apemon standing above them on the highest tower of the wall, near the frozen bell of Neztellum.. The icy bell that would bring all who heard it's ring certain death.. The bell had been frozen solid to it's chain- it would never sound unless it was hit by the great bone bat that was held fast to Apemon's back by a thick, red cord.
Zero, nor WackyWormon had noticed the warning sign they that walked past, slowly crunching through the snow towards a large gate that would lead them passed the wall. As they walked, however, WackyWormon seamed to tense up all over, his blue-violet tail-stinger held in an attack position. "S-something is here, Blake!"
"I told you n-n-not to c-c-call me that! I'm Zero now. Zero, the soon-to-be emporer of the digital world! And what is it!?" The boy dressed in the same outfit that his uncle, Ken Ichijoji, had worn while he had been the evil digimon emporer, snapped back at the digimon, drawing a thin, long, cord-like whip from his belt and bringing it around so that it slashed the snow at his feet. No sooner had he done this, when suddenly Apemon leaped, landed a few feet away from the partners. Both took a step back to get more balance and then took fighting stances.
"ARGH!! Leave here NOW! Or you will PAY!" Apemon cried, drawing out his bone bat and waiting for a reply..
