RLB Administrator Posts: 438 (12/2/02 5:34 pm) Reply	Bay City Christmas Parade I haven't seen anything about the Christmas Parade in the Tribune, but I saw an announcement at the Civic Center. It read that the parade will be tomorrow, Dec.3, at 7 pm. Judging from the weather forecast for tomorrow, perhaps they should pick another day.

I think it is supposed to be really cold and windy on the 4th, so maybe changing the date is a good idea. And maybe not...we have time for another frog-strangler by then!
