 Beckoning~She stood before her balconys door, the tower room holding well from the storm out side, but as I reached out to open the balcony doors the wind rushed in making the draps and tapistries dance around helplessly... It had been a while since I had last seen that man... That friend... But he had told me if I was in need of him I could call to him... I held the raven close to me as I felt the rain brush across my flesh, soaking through my thin robes... Perhaps this beckoning was not strong enough to call him... Perhaps I was just in need of a little more hope... Or was it a reconing to thank an old friend... Placing a gentle kiss to the ravens neck I opened my hands and gave it a gentle go watching it fly off towards the nothingness with suprizeing ease as if a magic protecting it from the wind... I shifted once more... Closeing my eyes the wild beast outside seamingly untaimable to my own heart. Slowly backing up, back into the warmth of my room I closed the doors and moved to the fire to change into the warmth of my night gown before crawling into bed... The fire singing to my its lalabys of time...From the first glow he had given it... To the resent glows that had followed... Stairing up forth into the canopy of my draped bed I sigh... The sounds of sleeping patrons within my castle filtering around... Some awake perhaps, but few wondered up to my room... They knew it was my time of silents... The warmth in which I needed...
