Behind the Music spoilers
This episode seems focused on Maria. Her childhood friend Billy comes to town, they hang out and start talking about her dream of becoming a singer, which has taken a backseat to all the other things in her life. Michael does get jealous of Billy and by the end of the episode Michael and Maria break up.
Other things that happen in this episode the Christmas Nazi is back, and working at Santa's Village. She's trying to find people to fill in for some positions. She gets Liz and Maria to work as elves and Michael to work as Santa. This is all apparent in all the spoiler pics floating around. There's also a Liz and Max scene with them sharing a romantic moment while ice-skating, and there also was a kiss that was seen at the filming.

whoa... after all of that struggle and stuff they're breaking up? man, i thought that their relationship was just starting to get off of the ground a bit. bummer... hmm... maybe this old friend billy isn't who he really seems??? or not... just a random thought! we'll just have to wait and see huh?

Welcome to the boards Joe. The info that Vicki posted is correct. I saw lots of spoilers pics on the Fan Forum message board under the OTO threads. Look for pics by BigSpam and Covina Guy, they usually have the most spoiler pics.
Hi Candice! Yep, they're breaking up. I guess Maria's tired of Michael's treatment of her, and wants to start writing songs and singing again.

The UPN TV network has released info on the coming November 27th episode of ROSWELL, titled "Behind the Music."
In the story, Maria's long-suppressed dreams for a career as a singer/songwriter re-surface when her first love comes to visit, bringing her to the unhappy realization that she has sacrificed so much of herself
in order to be with Michael. Meanwhile, Isabel is drawn into Max's desperate efforts to stymie their father's investigation into Tess' disappearance.
Series executive producer Jonathan Frakes helmed the episode with a script by co-producers Russel Friend and Garrett Lerner.
