I come to this site a couple of times a week, but there are hardly ever any new topics. There are only so many ways to say how much you like Boney, and he has not put out anything new for a while. Other music discussions often end up in arguments. So.. Boney rocks! Peace.

Well then, let's get this party started. There are no arguments here. There are a few people out there that will come over to Boney's place to try and upset us all but you all know they're just wasting their time. We all (his fans) agree that Boney's talent as a musician, writer, and producer is solid. No one can change that, especially with words. The more he does what he is doing, the better he gets. So let's all tell him just how good he is. Talk about his music and his shows. You don't have to be a professional writer. Just write what you think and feel. It is important for the artist to hear or read what you think about his/her music.
Post a message about one of his songs that you really like from any CD, or a show. It doesn't have to be your favorite song, but a song that has a special meaning to you for one reason or another. It can be fun or serious. Just write. After I see the first song or concert review I'll come in a post one about the song "RPM" from the "RIDE" CD. Boney was on the radio one morning here in Los Angeles and the DJ asked him about that song. I'll share with you what he said.
C'mon, let's get busy. The music is playing in the background for you.

I LOVE BETTER WITH TIME. FROM THE PURE CD. I RECENTLY MARRIED THE LOVE OF MY LIFE FEB. 10 2006. WE HAD DATED FOR ALMOST 2YRS. AND FELT THE TIME WAS RIGHT. I would LOVE to see Boney live, but he never comes close to where I live. That is why I want him to do a live DVD. I really like Pure more than his other CDs. IMHO, he should continue to produce all of his music. I also like the way he arranges his tunes. Peace.

Yes, well I never heard of Boney James till this year! After raising two teenage daughters - I'm finally exploring music I enjoy and love again!!
I love the music he did with Rick Braun (very sexy and flirtatious) and I would love to hear him play but have not seen him on a venue in the Wash.D.C/Maryland region. Would absolutely LOVE to see him and Rick Braun perform - it'd be a great concert that would not be easily forgotton.
I'm not sure I'd say he's the best saxist - there's a few out there that are absolute greats - it just depends on your preferences! If John Klemmer decides to do a live performance again - that'd be one not to miss[i]. But - it's all good
I love all the romantic and funky music by performers such as Boney and hope he keeps it up. Hopefully he'll have time to perform in the midatlantic in the coming year. I'm sure he is just busy!!

I agree! It is a great interview and video. Fans be sure to check it out. Let's give a little shout out to 94.7 The WAVE in Los Angeles for doing such a great job. www.947wave.com. You can go to their site and send them an email. Also, the WAVE plays Boney's song "Metropolis" on the radio each and every day. Every day! That is "timeless" Boney music.
