Appearance: Kangkang is small, with a dark complexion and shoulder-length black hair. She wears patched jeans, a black shirt, and a very battered army coat that is much too large for her. She wears a shell necklace and has fern-shaped scarification on the backs of her hands. Her face is usually kept carefully expressionless.
Medium(s): Boomerang
Personality: Confrontational, unfriendly, and not disposed to saying very much. Her only friend is her spirit ally, Dinewan, who she feels is the only person who could ever truly understand her. Kangkang can be extremely prickly on a first meeting, as she doesn't trust the outside world at all. However, she is fiercly, almost obsessively, determined to succeed in the Shaman Fight. She sees no reason to be friendly with other participating shamans, because she knows that she will eventually have to battle them and that whatever friendships she may make will be shattered.
History: Kangkang grew up in a remote area of western Australia. She belongs to the Koori, an Australian Aboriginal tribe. However, Kangkang did not have a normal childhood. She was raised by her grandmother, a Koori shaman and healer. Kangkang's grandmother was very traditional and fiercly loyal to her people, but also very mistrustful of the outside world. She raised Kangkang to believe that the outside world is full of oppressors and not to fully trust anyone. Once she discovered that Kangkang had inherited her shamanic ability, (when Kangkang was a toddler) she began a strict training program that concentrated on battling ability. Kangkang's grandmother was determined that Kangkang compete in the Shaman Fight and help her people regain their rightful place in the world.
[Spirit's Information]
Name: Dinewan
Type: Elemental spirit (Wondjina)
Appearance: Dinewan has two forms: normal and warlike. When Dinewan is calm, he looks like a featureless human being made from mist. He has no face, but is voice is clear and has an echoing quality. However, when Dinewan is angry, upset, or afraid, he takes on a horrifying form-- a giant skeletal bat with hollow glowing eyes.
History: Dinewan is a Wondjina, or an Australian "whirlpool spirit". He has guarded Kangkang's family for generations and takes his job very seriously. Wondjina are ancient spirits believed to have been born during the Dreamtime, or the time when the gods walked the land. Wondjina are usually found in subterranean lakes and caverns, but skilled shamans can sometimes convince them to venture out. Dinewan was coaxed into the world by Kangkang's great-great-great-great grandfather, and has been an ally of the Akin family ever since. However, despite his incredible age, Dinewan is a jumpy, easily panicked worrier who doesn't have much of a sense of humor and has a tendency to take things too literally. He has known Kangkang since birth and acted in the role of nanny, teacher, chaperone, and eventually her closest friend. Ever since Kangkang left her village, Dinewan has accompanied her with a vow to guard her and help her win the Shaman Fight. He is very protective of Kangkang and can become fierce and even vicious when it comes to defending her.
Techniques:
Rainbow Serpent's Venom: Oversoul Dinewan (Dinewan+boomerang) causes five ghostly snakes to shoot out of the boomerang and surround and converge on the opponent. If the opponent does not have a suitable defense, the ghost snakes will blast through the opponent's body, sapping mana and energy as they go. Damage: 30. Mana Cost: 10
Dilga's Gift: This is a defensive technique. Kangkang throws her boomerang, and Dinewan causes it to revolve around Kangkang so quickly that it can deflect almost any physical attack. Damage: 0. Mana Cost: 15.
Gnowee's Fire: An attack that can only inflict maximum damage when used during the day, but can work whenever there's a source of light nearby. Kangkang throws the boomerang straight up into the air, where Dinewan absorbs all available light. Kangkang catches the boomerang and swings it in a slashing motion, sending a shock wave of white-hot energy at the opponent, which can cause severe burns and temporary blindness. However, it's not hard to evade. Damage: 25. Mana Cost: 20.
Mokoi's Wrath: An attack that uses up a tremendous amount of mana and is incredibly dangerous, as it can rebound on its user. Only used as a last-ditch attack. Kangkang has never used it before, because it involves the destruction of the medium. The shaman using Mokoi's Wrath channels all of their mana into their shamanic medium (or boomerang, in Kangkang's case) then breaks it. When the boomerang is snapped in two, all of the mana erupts. The shaman must have the skill to direct the mana explosion at the opponent, or the results can be devastating, even fatal. Damage: 75. Mana Cost: 90.
[Status Information]
Shaman Rank: Amateur
Shaman Hit Points: 100
Mana Points: 100
Stats Points: 8
Just one thing here. I would like you to remove all the mana cost from your techniques, as amateur shamans do not rely on mana, and they won't cause real damages to a solid object.

This one looks decent and nice, but it's too strong for an amateur shaman. Please either remove it, or reduce the damage cost. An amateur shaman's damage cannot be more than 40, and the death phenomenon is rare.
Either way, you can have Kangkang as an Intermediate Class II shaman if you plan to keep this technique. But then you have to fill in the rp sample and make the history longer.
