Well, we're surviving it the best we can! It isn't so bad now--about 30 degrees, but last week...BRR! Our downstairs' bathroom's pipes froze nearly everyday, and then one day the hot water pipe burst! But, Praise God! a friend was able to come within a few hours of it bursting and fixed it. So far this week, we haven't had any trouble with the pipes freezing, but we have been leaving the faucet's dripping overnight; that usually helps in keeping them thawed out.

Forty degrees! That sounds simply GORGEOUS! I am looking so much forward to spring already.
