Crush sleeve eliminator
Is this worth buying? Would it make things easier to setup?

Re: Crush sleeve eliminator
Actually, it makes it harder to set up. With the eliminator, it usually requires a few dissassembly/reassembly tries to get the shim pack right. With the crush sleeve it's a one shot deal.
The purpose of the crush sleeve eliminator is to eliminate the cost of replacing the crush sleeve with each pinion flange removal.

Re: Crush sleeve eliminator
I may skip it then. I was thinking it might make life easier when you have a pinion seal failure, no crush sleeve replacement.

Re: Crush sleeve eliminator
Pinion seal replacement is one job that IS made easier by the eliminator.
