With the eliminator, it usually requires a few dissassembly/reassembly tries to get the shim pack right. With the crush sleeve it's a one shot deal. The purpose of the crush sleeve eliminator is to eliminate the cost of replacing the crush sleeve with each pinion flange removal. '98 Ram 1500 Quad Cab Sport '68 Hemi RR 4-speed '62 Dart Max Wedge
