DARK SECRETS: Volume Unknown Everything was dark... There was no sound... The air was crisp and cold... Zell: **kicks open the door** "Dammit, who forgot to pay the electric bill?" **fumbles around in the dark for matches** Selphie: **pokes her head in the door** "It was Edea's turn to pay the bills. She has candles, though." Edea: **standing on the porch** "No, it wasn't, and no, I don't." Selphie: "But, you're a witch; witches have candles and stuff." Edea: O_o "I am NOT a witch!" **blasts Fira at Selphie's butt** Selphie: "Yooooooooowwwwwl! Hot hot hot!" Zell: "Hey, keep doing that until I find a flashlight or something." Edea: "My pleasure." **continues to blast fire spells at Selphie**  Meanwhile, Squall and Tidus are standing at the black barrier created by Square Enix that is keeping them from returning to their own worlds in the Squaresoft universe... Squall and his friends have been stuck in this unknown world for too many months or years to count, but Tidus only appeared a couple of months ago and still has hope of returning to Zanarken... or wherever he belongs... Squall: "Why do you come up here everyday?" Tidus: "I don't know..." **scratches his head** "Somehow I figure something will change, and I can go back home." Squall: **looks back at the distant beach house and the small town nearby** "It's not so bad here... And we're a good bunch, even Zell." A large shadow of a bird swoops overhead, kicking up sand in their faces... Quezy: **lands next to them** "Got any beer?" Squall:  "Why does Edea keep you as a pet?"Quezy: "Hey, I ain't no dang pet! Besides, it's a lucra... loocri.... um... it's a money-making position to have a witch in your corner -" **far away at the beach house** Edea: "I'm not a damn witch!" **blasts a fireball at Quezacotl** Quezy: **burnt to a crisp, coughs** "She's got good ears." Edea: "And the word is LUCRATIVE!" Squall looks at Tidus and forces a smile... Squall: "Really... they are a good bunch... once you get to know them." Quezy: **coughs out smoke** "So... no beer, eh?"
