DE NPC in NEK
what faction is the dark elf in nektulous needed to begin the epic? im iksar and i fear i may have a problem with this step.

Started the quest as dubious to the DE, and had no problems.

Dubious here too, also a gnome. I'm not sure what faction the npc is on, but I'm assuming as long as you aren't kos you should be ok. :)
