Okay, we've discussed Jane Austen to some extent, so now, what do you think of Charles Dickens' books? I have read several of his works: Our Mutual Friend, Nicholas Nickleby, and A Tale of Two Cities. Oh yes, and Oliver Twist. I think my favorites are Our Mutual Friend and Nicholas Nickleby. OMF is extremely long, but I enjoyed it immensely. I liked the mystery that is in it. So, what do you think of Dickens? Looking forward to your replies! ~Krista
"Shout to the Lord, All the earth let us sing Power and Majesty, praise to the King! Mountains bow down and the seas will roar at the sound of your name. I sing for joy at the work of your hands, forever I'll love you, forever I'll stand. Nothing compares to the promise I have in You." ~from "Shout to the Lord," by Darlene Zschech |

I've only seen Dickens's Movies, made from the books, but I would say they're all right. They make you think, and I think if you can read them with discernment, which I know you do Krista
Just my opinion
