Bdubedub ezOP Posts: 6 (1/12/04 6:19 am) Reply	Did You get a deer this year or were ya skunked? I got my 11 pointer 4 days into bow season, never got another deer the rest of the season. How'd everyone else do? Fairly well I'd hope...???

dusboy9 Member Posts: 1 (1/14/04 3:49 pm) Reply	bow kills i got a huge doe on the first day of the bow season here in virginia. couple weeks later i got a button buck (which i thought was a doe when i shot). poor s.o.b. then ran to my buddy after i shot it and he plugged it too.

Season opens here in SC on 15 Aug,and runs until 1 Jan.You can take Does from Sept 15 until the end of the season,and no limit on antlered deer in the counties I hunt. Had Does all over me until 15 Sept(of course),after that I never had a shot at a Doe.I did manage to take a few bucks,and missed the biggest buck I've seen in a long time because of a branch...........well.............and maybe a little excitement on my part too.Anyway,4 for 5 isn't too bad I guess.
