Draco Malfoy still a Hogwarts student in Book 5?
What do you think? I mean, considering his father has gone back to serving Voldemort, and Dumbledore knows this (because Harry knows this), would he still remain at Hogwarts? One would guess that perhaps Snape, since he runs the house of Slytherin and all, keeps Malfoy in - but why would he do that if he were indeed working against Voldemort? Perhaps because that's at risk to himself?

Just because the father's evil and a DE doesn't mean the son will turn out the same. Granted, we've seen nothing so far in Draco's personality that suggests he's redeemable. But I can easily imagine Dumbledore wanting him to remain to see if he will eventually redeem himself. And Lucius might want him to remain as a spy for the DEs. It would be interesting to see if JKR actually develops Draco's character (because he's really just a cardboard bad guy at the moment) and gives him a moral dilemma somewhere along the line. Or perhaps I've been reading too much fan fic...

LOL...I know what ya mean he really just another character right now maybe he will do something drastic and try and kill harry for Lord Voldemort.But who knows.

It would be cool if we got to know a bit more about Draco. I really wonder though if he will come back. Most likely he will.
