Hello Ladies! I want to share with you all a little about the Elderberry and it's ability to help us prevent the flu. I read a most interesting article about how the Elderberry has the ability to halt the flu bug. This is the way it is done. The Flu bug virus has little prongs on the microscopic shape. These prongs lodge into the vessels as it passes through the bodies system. This is how it releases and causes the infection to occur. The body aches and pains you feel are a result of this. Your body is fighting off the virus. The blessing of the Elderberry that Father designed in the plant is this....under the microscope...the elderberry when diluted in water. It releases little cells, that look like caps. These float thru your system, when taken as a tea or tincture. They then actually cap the prongs on the flu virus. So now it cannot lodge and settle in your system and make you sick. Isn't Father a wonderful designer???!!! I say HE is!! To get the benefits of flu prevention one must take dried Elderberries in the form of Tea or Tincture or ground dried berries made into a capsule. If you choose the capsule, drink a full glass of water. Now remember this is using the berries only. Not the whole plant or leaves. God Bless you and Keep you well! Mrs Lyn |

That is really neat!
I am very intersted in herbs, and how they can be used to prevent or heal illness. I want to take a course on that when I am older. In the meantime I hope to learn all that I can. ~*~Shannon~*~ |

learn what we can. We never know how Father might bring us new wisdom. I have really been able to learn a lot about herbs, these past few years and it has helped my family and friends so much!! I thank the LORD for all HIS wisdom!! It is amazing to me how the simple provision of herbs are so vast and complex. What a wonderful witness of our CREATOR'S awesomeness!!!! I am trained as a nurse and with the herb studies it has really helped to expand my ability to care for my family at home. I believe it is benefical for all "keeper's at home" to learn. We never know when we might need it. I am soooo thankful for the Lord's provisions...even in the simple herbs and a cup of tea! In Jesus, Mrs Lyn Edited by: Mrs Lyn |
