Sauron, one of the Maiar and a former servant of the Valar, is still in existence. With his regeneration, he seeks to travel to Valinor, to free and reawaken one more powerful than himself. His master… Morgoth.

Sauron has seized the long-dormant tower of Isengard as his new abode, whilst Morgoth makes plans for the rebuilding of Mordor, at the present time just a ruined wasteland. Rumours are also abound that those who were thought long-dead are being reanimated…
