Flash Nav bars
How would I go about using them for the New Topic, New Poll, and Add Reply buttons?

Insert the code generated into the button section of your control centre

sorry, I miss read the question - as there will always be a new hyperlink the the add reply etc.. buttons - I'm not sure it can be done - let me think about it though - sorry again about that !!
