Fudge Ecstacies! These are some of my favorite cookies to make. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do They usually end up half-gone at my house before the day is over, so make sure you bake a lot if you mean to freeze any 1 12 oz. package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons margarine or butter 2 eggs 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup chopped nuts In a heavy medium saucepan heat half of the chocolate pieces, the unsweetened cocoa powder, and margarine or butter till melted, stirring occasionally. Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, and baking powder. Beat till thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 8-10 minutes or till edges are firm and surfaces are dull and cracked. Cool cookies on wire rack. Makes 36. Enjoy!
