It is where we take a joe character and mail them to a person and it goes from there. You must take pictures of it- the city and post them. It was very funny and sucessful. I thought it was so cool. You can send the pics and then the character to another person.(By mail) If any are interested please let me know. I will try to get a character either 3.75 or 12 inch to start it. I am trying to get a pic of them in Bagram or Khandahr. if you are serious then let me know. thanks medic
