Gods and Generals Has anyone seen the movie Gods and Generals? I just wanted to reccommend it as a wonderful Civil War movie! We (my family) knew about it about 2 years before it came out, because a friend of my was in it (we counted about 30-40 times!) If you want to see where he is most noticible, he shakes his head during the scene entitled "Compared to What?" He then sits down back to the screen after the soldiers are dismissed. The movie is my absolute favorite! Anna Jackson is my heroine. She is so gentle and kind, and has strong faith in God. She trusts her husband's judgement, and I do hope that I would react the same way she does when her husband is called away to war. Well, my mom needs to call someone!
