Re: HELP! Seeking Good Cheesecake Recipe! I have a GREAT one!! It's so yummy! Cheesecake 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup honey 1 tbs vanilla dash of salt 3 eggs (separated) Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually blend in honey, vanilla, and salt, then egg yolks. Beat whites till stiff then fold in. Pour in crust (you can make your own if you have a recipe or buy it) Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes. Let cool, and then refrigerate or freeze depending on your preference. EAT! Anna

Re: HELP! Seeking Good Cheesecake Recipe! Hello! This is just a tip that would probably work well for most baked cheescakes. We recently started doing this, and they come out SO good.... Bake your cheesecake until it is a little UNDERdone -- to where it still jiggles in the middle. Then shut the heat off in the oven, and leave the cake in there for 10-15 minutes. Cooking it this way seems to keep it moister and from getting as overdone on the edges. Atlanta |
