I've never seen anyone on this board be anything other than respectful towards you.
But judging by the over-the-top and remarkably defensive way you reacted to my (respectful and polite) reply to your 'titles' suggestion, it is apparant that you are a bit on the paranoid side.
We all post messages no one answers.
You show me evidence of when you've been treated badly on this board.

I appreciate what you're saying there and I'm sure HPW does too, but I'm afraid I really dig my heels in when it comes to manners.
HPW was coming across as sheepish in his apology like he was trying to wriggle out of it and justify it. (like...Oops - wee mistake! hee hee!)
We've all been very nice to him here and as I said I don't care how out of it someone is, you can still be respectful for the courtesy you have received. Not returning it is a big deal in my eyes.
I accept his apology but I just wanted to make it absolutely clear that that sort of thing is not on.
Having said that I realise that I'm pedantic about this. But I still think it.
Anyway nice to see you again. You're not here much are you?

I have to agree with Helen. William is referencing my message board (US). However, I have to say that I respect how Helen is responding here. William has become insulting in his posts on the US message board and I have been lax in my attitude towards it. I have just noticed a few moments ago that he insulted a council member and I asked him to simmer down.
I think what William is referencing is that I did not respond sooner than I did regarding how he may help the organization.

I agree, I think HPW is mostly referring to the section on the US board that you are talking about Shana. I've seen that section.
Whatever is happening on another board, with people who don't post here, should not effect relationships on this board.
In two different places here HPW had a go at us, directly, for no reason. That's why it's getting nipped firmly in the bud now.
As an afterthought I thought I'd point out the irony that one of the insulting posts appeared under a section called 'Happy Birthday High Priest Wise'.
Anyway, I think it's well and truly dealt with now! I'm exhausting the issue.

I still think a little more leniency HERE would be better. It's not as if he went for a character assassination (as if he could) and for someone who is generally really easy going, he must have been a little upset. In any event, he hardly said much to the detriment of anyone here, and it's been really only the US board that has got the sharp end of his tongue.
Thankfully now though, it's been noticed and Shana will deal with it best I've no doubt. Just consider the type of guy he is, and why he would suddenly feel a little ignored. He is a cute little puppy dog after all...(!)

I confess to my pedantry as well, as you can see above. But I still feel the same way. The insulting post from him in this thread was the least offensive of the two. When you read them both you can't help but feel insulted. Hence my reaction. There's no reason or excuse to have a go at us.
It doesn't merit this much attention all the same!
I don't agree that he's all that easy going though Chris.
He nearly flipped his lid for no reason in the suggestions forum in the section called 'titles'. I refer to this above as well and call him paranoid.
I like him, I'm willing to accept his apology and move on, but I can't laugh it off as a little mistake.
Of course there are much worse things he could have done, but this probably just comes down to a difference between me and you in that I feel that not responding to courtesy and instead being insulting for no reason is a big deal and perhaps you don't.
That's the last I have to say on this. This thread should never have been this length! But I'm really stubborn.
