Help me, Cd problem
Got a problem with my pc : /
I put the diablo 2 cd in the dvd rom, the auto screen comes up to go into the game, I click on play and it says there is no cd in the dvd rom. So I open up ¡°my computer¡± and I can see the cd in there, I can explore the cd, copy files out.
So I thought it must be the dvd rom, I switch the cd to my burner and the same thing happens.
So I thought it might be the disk, so I tried doing it with warcraft 3, gothic 2 and it just won¡¯t work.
By this point I¡¯ve smashed my mouse outta frustration *its getting worse* and I¡¯ve pretty much blamed qc computers cause they made my pc. So I take it to them and they have it for the past night. They don¡¯t know what the @#%$ is wrong with it. So I know the problem isn¡¯t to do with the actual dvd rom or burner. Any suggestions ?
The thing is it was all working well beforehand for about 4 months
yeah i'm using windows xp
amd athlon xp 2700+
nvidia geforce ti4200 with agp8x 128mb
sb audigy audio
gig of ram
60 gig harddrive and a 40 gig harddrive
using directx 9
this pretty much happened out of the blue, wasn't installing or getting rid of anything, came home from work one day and bam, this bs comes up
