I dont believe it to be a bat or bird. If that was the case you have a much larger image and possible wing movement. I first guess would be a possible bug or you may have captured some orb activity.

I do notice it begins "inside" the shrubbery in a near perfect orb shape then drops out of the bush into the air, the bush it was "in" was about 5 yards from the camera, the object looks to be about 2 or 3 inches wide so it is definitely not a bug.

well then my friend you may have captured an orb. But without being there to have witnessed it. I cant give a definate answer.
