I have a question about HTML editing. I'm not really going to ask anything technical about this stuff, I just want to know if you can make HTML, XHTML, CSS etc. webpages with software already included when you buy a computer with Windows XP Home Edition. I know you can use notepad, but what I don't know is if you can save the document and then load it into IE or Netscape and view it before it's ever published.
Basically I want to get into professional-quality, offline HTML,XHTML editing, etc. without spending a lot of cash on editors. Would it even be worth the time to pursue? Edited by: Access403 at: 6/8/04 7:34 pm
If I understood right you're looking for software which creates the page without having to type all the codes.
In that case, there is Microsoft Frontpage which comes with XP Home Edition I think...if not it should be included in Microsoft Office which is normally supplied when buying an OEM PC. I'm not sure it's compatible with CSS, XHTML or DHTML but with HTML it is.
Best of luck!
