III Hogwarts Eternal: Rebirth III
Act: The First: Summary
In a world steadily approaching a cataclismic war, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry remains the solid haven it has become known to be. Within its walls, Harry Potter and the gang continue their sixth year of schooling. The summer was fraught with terror as You-Know-Who broke his faithful followers from the confines of Azkaban and engaged on a short, vengeful rampage littered with mass killings of the most torturous sort. But he has fallen silent once more, and many in the wizarding world equate this time to the prophetic calm before the storm, waiting with dread and suspicion for the time they all fear but are grimly assured of.
The intensity of suspense and anxiety that taints the air of the world is lessened somewhat by the enchanted stones of Hogwarts castle, allowing students and staff to carry on their yearly duties. However, it is not made to disappear, and tensions run as high as the magicked ceiling of the Great Hall. Adventure, angst, regret, and romance lurk within the ancient corridors, just waiting for their cue, and only time will tell the story Continued.
Act: The Second: Standards
Hogwarts Eternal: Rebirth is an "adaptation, continuation, and memorial of the original Hogwarts Eternal." A highly advanced roleplaying game, it is not for those of weak grammatical talent. The rating may range from mature to teen, and anyone under the age of thirteen will, by EZBoard TOU, not be accepted. Creativity and dedication are key to successfully becoming a part of this skilled board, and one should always try to bring something new to the game. This is for writers who do not want to deal with one-liner posts that leave the plot stagnant, and who desire an exciting plot filled with surprising twists.
Act: The Third: Characters
If you are looking to play a particular canon but find that on most other boards that character is taken, look no further. Reopened on 27 June 2005, Hogwarts Eternal: Rebirth has plenty of canon characters available. Major roles that currently require filling include: Ron Weasley, Cho Chang, Neville Longbottom, Seamus Finnigan, Blaise Zabini, Crabbe and Goyle, Albus Dumbledore, Hogwarts staff, Death Eaters, Order of the Phoenix members, and Ministry of Magic personnel.
Original personas are always welcome, if you can get through the application process, and please make certain that they are original.
Act: The Fourth: Closing
