If you want to know who dies come here
Only if you want to know, Cedric Diggory dies. i just finished the book and it is awesome.

I have a forum and I would like people to go PLEASE!! here is a link: http://pub10.ezboard.com/bharrypotterfans9539 I really need people to come here. It's fun and it has a lot having to do with Harry Potter. I made the houses and you can be in them, join a Quidditch team, or even take Hogwarts classes! People are needed at my forum! It's fun so please come.

yeah i think it is the best one out of all of them.i finished mine on the 8th when i got it 12 hours later.

I love this book and think it is the best in te whole series (so far at least). I can't wait until the 5th book comes out. yeah, i can :) (keep up the disscusions :) ) anyway, i doubt that the 5th book with be longer (maybe a long but not longer). It atleast won't be 1000 pages, J.K. Rowling (sp?) has said that the 7th (last) book with be the longest of them all, and if it is well over 1000 pages, well i don't think many young kids could read that. Luckily that won't come out for about what? 4 or 5 years? :p

I didn't want Cedric Diggory to die. His father was annoying though. He could have died. I wonder what will happen in the next book since Voldemort's real powerfull. Will Harry even go to school because Voldemort could destroy Hogwarts. He should kill Snape for being a traitor.

Welcome to the board! :) Hogwarts is heavily protected,so i think that Harry is safe there. That is why Voldemort need someone in Hogwarts because there was no ther way. But who knows.

just adding...
Apparently, I heard from my friend, who read this from the newspaper, books 5 and 6 are going to be shorter than Book 4. Book 7 is going to be pretty long as well as some people have already said.

I think Harry will go back to Hogwarts. After all, how could Rowling cut out Hogwarts from an HP book? It wouldn't be right! And it might not be that good, since Hogwarts is usually praised by journalists etc. I don't think Voldemort should kill Snape. Snape's quite cool, in my opinion. I think he's pretty brave to go back to the Light Side and become a spy. It takes a lot of guts.

What really bugs me though, is that Harry never thanked Snape for saving him in Book 1! Talk about rude. I mean, yes, I know Snape's always being really nasty to him, but he saved Harry's life. I hope that Rowling will make Harry thank Snape in the next books...

I doubt that Hogwarts will be atken out completly, but mabey only half of the action in the HP books will take place there. Like, mabey they will have to go help somebody, or mabey Fudge will decided to close down Hogwarts when he realizes that Voldemort is back. But i'll bet that Harry won't go back to the Dursleys until he is supposed to. Mabey Dumbledor can only make it safe there/it can only be safe there, for a short peroide of time? Such as, 2 months?

Yep, the WizardessSnape can be incredibly rude.. there was one time where he was really out of order, when he was telling Harry about his dad.. That was so horrible.. :(

Heya!
What stuck in my mind was what Dumbledore asked Snape to do at the end - after he asks Sirius to go get Lupin and the old crowd... Hmmm... Any ideas?

Remember the empty spaces between some of the Death Eaters, 3 (I think it was) were in Azcaban (sp?), 1 has left me forever, and the other is too cowardly to come back.
I think she's gonna let it be a mystery, making him seem suspicious as the 1 that is too cowardly, but might be forced into action by Voldemort out of fear... Though right now I think he's the one that's left Him forever... You?

Snape is really mean, rude and whatnot, but every book has a character that makes yer blood boil!

Cedric didn't deserve to die, no, but now at least Harry might date Cho... I always thought Ron was gonna date Hermione, and that increased when Ron got mad at her for going with Krum... So I still don't think Ron's gonna date the half-veela.. Who do you think will date who?

Another thing - Lucius was, sorry, is a Death Eater, so will they ban Draco from school? Or Crabbe and Goyle??? Or else what will they do with the sons of the Enemy there at Hogwarts!!!

It might be perfectly possible to make a story without Hogwarts, would you have thought it possible she'd do one with no quidditch (I mean at the school)?? I didn't at first, but she pulled it off....

I hope that they let Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle go to Hogwarts. It wouldn't be interesting without them. Mabey they'll be nicer? (Yeah, fat chance there, but anyways)I think Snape was the one who left Voldemort forever. I really hope he doesn't get swindeled into going back.

I hope Harry doesn't date Cho. I dunno why, but i hope JK Rowling gives him a new love intereste. But I like the idea about Herm and Ron.....

And no, Cedric didn't deserve to die, but JK Rowling probably wouldn't have killed off a main character. Why? Because she's in the middle of a great series, and everyone loves Herm, Ron, Harry, Fred, George, Hagrid. And many people liked Cedric. How i see it is, she's giving you a taste of only a little bit of the cake (methphorical thingy) she's showing you she will kill off a cool character, but she's saving the most crushing death for the end.
