Inactivity bill
I. When a citizen takes a leave, he must leave a notice informing the Triáni department of state of the length of their leave.
II. If one fails to do so, after not showing any signs of activity for a period of 4 days this person is considered inactive.
III. If a secretary goes inactive, the executive must appoint a new one as soon as possible.
IV. Deputies must be appointed in the case that a secretary leaves for a period longer than 3 days.


What do you think? It should solve at least some problems.
