Much better on the descriptions of wear. I'd like to make one suggestion to help sell to non-Checkers fans. That would be to take a picture of the front of each jersey. People want to see those marks. Its a make or break thing for me in this case since I got one of each from Meigray already. Overall, great job on the auction.

Re: Jersey Auction
Anybody interested in getting a MAcIntyre jersey, I have one I bought from Meigray and it is much cheaper than this auction will end at.
Re: Jersey Auction
2003-04 Charlotte Checkers (ECHL) #33 Steven MacIntyre white jersey made by OT Sports. Tag in neck says 54 Pro, but tag sewn inside of lower body of the jersey says 56. Considering Big Mac is 6'6" and 250+ lbs. I'm guessing its at least the 56 if not 58. Checkerboard sleeves, red and blue design on lower body of jersey, USA flag on right chest, Meigray on lower back left side, ECHL and OT Sports on lower back right. Really nice jersey of an up and coming heavyweight fighter. Steve split this season between Charlotte and the Hartford WolfPack of the AHL. Shirt shows moderate wear and comes with documentation from Meigray who receives and sells all ECHL game used and worn jerseys. Selling for less than what I paid for it. There is a Steven MacIntyre Checkers jersey being auctioned by the team right now on their website and the bidding is over $500+ and may end much higher than that! This is your chance to get one much cheaper.
Why? You posted this thread here about a jersey auction and I responded to let people know that if they get outbid on the MacIntyre they have access to another one much cheaper. Me posting the link for the MacIntyre jersey auction it isn't any different than you posting the link to the teams MacIntyre jersey auction. I would not start a thread here just for the auction, but find nothing wrong with responding to the one already here and they are directly related.

My posting the thread here was about an auction for jerseys for the whole team for the benefit of all posters. These auctions benefit charity. Your auction benefits you.
I have no problem with you posting about your jersey for sale. However, you have made several posts about it in this forum and you posted the same post in the collectors forum. The very reason we have the collectors forum is for listing personal items you have which may or may not be for sale or trade.
Perhaps I should have originally posted this thread in the collectors forum and I'll move it there. I didn't edit or delete your post and was nice in asking that you please keep them in that forum.

Re: Jersey Auction
I'm not saying he's not cool. I'm not trying to be an @#%$ here. I asked nicely. I have no problem in the world with him advertising his jersey. All I asked was that he do it where everyone else does it.

Thanks for the words Possum......ice chex I apologize if I came wrong at you, I'm not around here often enough to realize you were a moderator. Wasn't trying to ruffle any feathers, just capitalizing on your post with a shameless plug for my jersey auction in case those getting outbid on the team site had a cheaper alternative.
