Last nights games Well, after the huge debate about the fight between MNU and MVC. It appears there will be no rematch to decide the heavyweight champion of the confernce. To bad too. I think the Pioneers have their work cut out for them to win the whole tournament. Lots of teams are playing will, I predict (I don't know who though) an upset in the second round. Just a hunch! |

Re: Last nights games As much as Kramer hyped MV, they lost 7 of their last 10 games. The teams that won last night should have won.. Benedictine will be a handful for Jewell, and Evangel will be tough for MNU. These games could go either way. |

We agree. I think we have definitely found something that we can agree on, manunanu. I do think both of these games could go either way. BC is a much improved team this year. They will be looking to sneak into the national tourney by winning the HAAC tourney. Jewell seems to have their trip locked up with the # 5 national ranking. Don't seem to have a lot to play for. Evangel is a traditionally strong program. Very used to winning and have been playing very well lately. MNU was fortunate to win down there last week. Evangel will be looking to force their way into the big tourney, too. MNU has their tourney trip guaranteed, too. Don't seem to have a lot to play for. I think both games have the potential to be outstanding games and fun to watch. Wish I could see both of them. |
