Leave of Absence (LOA) Information
LOA = Leave of Absence. It is not necessary to fill out, but it is very helpful for the State department to figure out whats going on with people, and why they are not attending. It is necessary, however, to say who you wish to leave in charge of the departments you run (if applicable).
