Carl Spakler Registered User Posts: 1 (9/26/06 11:45 am) Reply Local Ski Movie Premier Thursday in SF!!! I'm getting pretty freaked out for the coming season!!! This definitely makes it worse!!!!!! My buddy's local ski movie is playing this Thurday!! Check out the tralier at www.AdventureFilmWorks.com and cruise down to Jelly's (295 Terry A. Francois blvd., San Francisco), just south of the baseball park, this Thursday at 8pm to check a local ski movie with skiing at all your favorite places in Tahoe!!!! (and the Tahoe backcountry, Mammoth, Mammoth Backcountry, Red Mt B.C., Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons, and more wierd CA locations!) The movie was made by local (San Francisco and Tahoe) film-maker Duane Kubischta! It's a ski action documentary film! So there will be plenty of crazy powder skiing as well as a documentary stlye approach to the lives of the skier's in the movie!! This movie will be telling the story of what it is like to be a full-time ski bum in Tahoe while trying to make it in the skiing industry and life!!! Follow these locals around as they travel, compete, film, photograph, hustle and ski!!!!! The premier will have give-aways, a raffle with some cool prizes and plenty of other fun, stoked, good-time skiers from the bay and tahoe!!!
