I think Max will find out through some connection with Liz. I don't know what motivation Kyle would have for spilling the beans, and I don't think Maria would betray Liz's trust...although she's Max's friend now, too.
Okay, through a kiss or something as my first choice, but Maria is a definite second, I think.

I went with a flash from a kiss w/ Liz, also. Though, my first instinct was that Maria would spill the beans -- not b/c to betray Liz's trust, but b/c she has good intentions and wants to see her friends happy.

I gotta go with none of the above. I think that (eventualy) the guilt of keeping a secret from Max, will get the best of Liz. At that time she'll tell Max what happened. The whole story...not just about not sleeping with Kyle, but also WHY she lied about it. I think it would be best if she told him AFTER Kyle & Tess decide to hook up. That way M&L can get back together, without making Tess feel excluded.
OR.....it's possible that I'm a moron....

Hi. I just registered here. I met Ryal at a Covina shoot, 12/01. I've been to two different shoots and I recognize a lot of the shots you guys post here.
I wanted to add my 2 cents to this topic. My latest idea is that Max will get a flash from that photobooth shot (the strip with 3 or 4 pictures of Max and Liz) that Future Max picked up. They have shown it twice, once in EOTW when FMax picked it up and once in Meet the Dupes when Liz was holding it on her bed. Maybe they are trying to remind us that this picture is still around.
I'm dying to see how they do it. I read an interview with Katims and he said that Max would find out about what happened between Liz and Kyle this season, she just wasn't sure how.

I have to think that Max needs to SEE what happened because who would ever believe that story? Not that Max wouldn't believe Liz, but it's just so far-fetched. I think it would be more convincing and dramatic if he got it as a flash of some kind, whether it be from Liz herself (my preference) or from something else like Judy suggested.
Wow - what a great moment that will be. *sigh* I hope it happens soon.

I never saw LIz and Max actually together! I read the transcipts of the whole first season because the first episode I saw was End of the World! (What an episode I HAD to start liking Roswell on!) so that has made me really unpatient to see them together! They look SO lonely!
