rom6 Registered User Posts: 30 (11/9/00 10:38 am) Reply	Media Election Coverage I am appalled by the media coverage of Tuesday night's election. I went to bed at 1:30 am with a bold picture of "George W. Bush - President-Elect" on my tv screen, and awoke at 6:00 am to my clock radio blaring the news that the election was far from over. Exit polls are a sorry way to predict the outcome of any election, and the media should refrain from making any predictions until the actual numbers come in. I believe the FCC should censure the networks BIG TIME!

The polls have shown throughout the campaign that it would be close. They should have been more prepared for this to happen. Matagorda County Forum
