( Hee-hee ) Well, you have to help with a lot of stuff, I guess. Bios, planning on the RP, advertising….basically helping make this board be one of the best gosh-darn boards around. But this is just my assumption. Only NextGen holds the answer... And in the end, everything will be covered in Darkness As dark as a black cat at midnight.

Great to have aspirations Well basically I look for a very creative person who has initiative, time on their hands and who can give out advice without being pushy or rude about it. Shadow was made a mod because she asked, she had several good questions, showed a real interest in the board and it's future and because she had a ton of great ideas and suggestions At the moment with so few members I'm fine with an admin and a mod but in the future I'll see who has shown those qualities and who is interested in the position and it will go to them if they accept. Glad to see you're that interested though and if you continue to stay interested and show those qualities you'll be the first person I ask Thanks for your question and Shadow for basically saying what mods do at the moment.
