Ms. Figg is Arabella Figg!!
in an interview w/ J.K. Rowling, she says that Arabella Figg (Dumbledore asks for her in the end of the 4th book) is the same as Ms. Figg in Harry's neighborhood (the one with all the cats) Q Is the Mrs. Figg with all the cats in the Dursleys' neighborhood the same Arabella Figg that Dumbledore mentioned at the end of book 4?

Perhaps Harry goes to the Dursleys every summer because hey have that spell on there house and Miss Figg is their secret Keeper this is why Voldemort was saying he couldn't attack Harry at Harry's house in book 4

King kilr you are wrong only at the point that Mrs Figg is a secret Keeper. Dumbledore will tell Harry at the end of the fifth book why Harry has to go home at the summer.
