My PC Won't Recognize My CD-Rom Drive!

Please tell me how to get my computer to recognize the CD-ROM Drive. It won't autoplay or play installed software because it tells me there's no disc in the drive. :hippy

hello,

have you recently installed any new hardware or re-installed windows ?

try and locate the model of the cd drive and download the relevant driver. If you go into control panel and check your hardware status and if the cd rom drive has a yellow exclamation mark next it you will know that is is a hardware/driver problem.

You probably deleted youre C-Drive or youre computer could just be having it's type of joke.

There 3 ways to solve this and I will post them starting by my favorites.

1.Hire a hacker to hack into the mainframe of youre computer and tell him to keep deleting files unil youre computer accepts defeat and lets you use youre C-Drive.Some good hackers are ezbios and Stoneman3 who uses ezboard.

2.Refer to Number 1.
