PC problems
It was hardware. I purchased this HP in April '99.
I'm on the 4th monitor. Dec. 15th the whole system went down. I have a 3 yr. service contract, but it has taken this long to get the right parts. Their 30 second diagnosis was that it was the video card in the motherboard. So they sent a motherboard. Nothing. Today they installed another motherboard, cpu, and memory. Whichever it was, it's okay now. I am in the middle of a big project for a management school I am attending, and I was having "kinipshin" fits. Two years of my life and 6 months until graduation....and no PC to finish the project. My mood is considerably lighter now. Maybe that black cloud will stop following me!
