Need Help ASAP to Finish Drawing today
Hi ALL!!

I know it's been a terribly long time -- and that is definitely my loss :( I've been really busy with the day job.

I've been working on this drawing for months and am trying to complete it today. I need to get it to the company for imaging tomorrow so I can take prints home at Christmas.

The drawing is done in graphite, charcoal and carbon. It's the biggest, most complex, and the best I've ever done (I think). Which is why I'm turning to this group for advice on the final bit.

I need advice on what to do with the background. Typically I use a light pastel chalk or colored pencil to lightly color the background. But since this drawing contains so many darks, I'm not sure if that is the right thing to do.

Your advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
