Re: Nora
ITA Shiner but as happy as I am to see Nora in a front burner story, I'm sad to see they are taking away her brains again. The scenes yesterday were just so stupid! WHY would Nora trust Troy? He has cheated on her with her worst enemy, he tried to kill her and he HAS killed other women. Even if he is not the MBK, that does not make him a 'good guy.' To get sucked back into his realm is a major step backward for Nora, even as it appeared she was getting her life back together. I hope this is just a temporary situation and the strong, SMART Nora returns to my screen soon. Why can't they tell a story where Nora is intelligent enough to see through Troy's lies and figure out what's going on? Instead we get Nora 'understanding' how a mental patient gets 'passes' from prison to go out for a few drinks and catch a movie? Yeah, Nora doesn't look STUPID for buying that garbage.
I'm sorry but as talented as Hillary is, she can't make me believe that Nora is such a braindead bimbo. I've been watching long enough to know Nora is smarter than that. I hope the new year brings stronger material for Hillary and Nora will be allowed to use her brain for more than a hat rack! JMO!

Re: Nora
Does Nora believe Troy and all that nonsense he's spewing?...I don't really think she does. She tried her best to get Troy to Bo as fast as she could, and I don't think she was buying that mess. The impression I got was that she was pretending to be compassionate to save herself from his wrath.
Loving Nora's deep concern for Bo (even if it is over the loss of Gaggy). Nora has never stopped loving Bo, and it's going to be quite a ride when their relationship develops once again!

NoraDoes Nora believe in Troy? . . . I haven't seen anything to indicate otherwise. She even told Bo that Troy told her he was being framed. Why tell that to Bo while he's grieving for Gabby if she didn't believe Troy? And if she thought herself in danger during her meeting with Troy, why send the guard away from the door at The Palace? Even John is having reasonable doubts about the conveniently mounting evidence against Troy. By the end of he week, we'll see if Nora's faith in Troy's innocence as misplaced. I'm betting it's not!
Of course Nora is concerned for Bo, the father of her child and her ex. She wouldn't be Nora if she weren't. I hope that Bo and Nora maintain that friendship, but I doubt we'll be getting much more than that.

Re: Nora
KarenR I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree...or not. Bo asked Nora if there was anything Troy said to her that was important and she repeated what Troy said. Nowhere is it implied that she believed him.

I don't think she really is either. If it were me seeing a desperate escapee from a maximum security facility wrapping a red scarf around his hands like Troy was, I would also do whatever it took to get him to trust me so that I could get out of the situation. She definitely WAS trying to get Troy to see Bo as fast as she could. And the ONLY reason she even said anything to Bo about what Troy said about being framed was because Bo asked her what Troy talked to her about. Nora thought it would be better for all concerned to take Troy herself to see Bo instead of having an officer gunning for Troy and possibly getting herself hurt in the process if she let on that Troy was in the ladies room.

Well of course Nora wouldn’t be Nora if she didn’t have concern for Bo, the father of her child. And they WILL maintain a friendship that will lead to much more, whether you like it or not. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree...or not.Of course I wouldn’t expect you to think it would lead to anything more than friendship because you are still under the impression that Nora will fall for Troy again. Well That ISN’T going to happen. Sorry.

Well I’m betting that ANY faith that you think that Nora might still have in Troy will go downhill when he TAKES her son. And it’s NOT to protect Matthew or Nora. It’s to save his own hide from the police. Using a child in such a manner is totally inexcusable IMO! And certainly if it turns out that Troy might not be the MBK, he surely committs a felony when he takes Matthew for his own needs.

Princess256, so good to see you at the TroyandNora.com Message Board today. As Taylor440 pointed out, we'll just have to agree to disagree and wait and see how it all plays out. But MY faith will remain in Nora and Troy.
