Operative 3: Bala Perdida
Bill walked through the town, towards the church. It was dead at night already, but the town wasn't any darker thanks to the myriads of little candles and decorative lightbulbs everywhere. It was the Night of the Dead after all, a celebration that the whole town was taking part in. Some people had dressed up, many were dancing, and everyone was having fun. That's nobody did pay any attention to the man holding a sheathed katana on his shoulder. Those who did see him didn't know that his katana was the best ever created -at that time- or that Bill was planning to use it to celebrate the Day of the Dead too, except in his own particular way.
He could see the church, pretty big when compared to the average size of the town's buildings. It had one nave in the centre and two aisles at both sides. As most churches, its ground plan had the shape of a Latin Cross.
However, Bill didn't enter the church just yet, even though he knew what (or better yet, who) was in there. He walked towards the building directly in front of the church, a bar, a restaurant or a shop of obscure nature. A cantina.
Bill entered this building, also knowing who he was going to find here. He went behind the counter, leaving his sword on it, and poured himself a shot of tequila.
"How is the night going, gentlemen?" he said while he did all of the above, "Any sign of the ****ers in the church?"

Oh, and for the record, letting someone think that someone they love is dead when they're really not is quite cruel.Bill
