Pandemonium in the Infirmary
Hey this is my first one, so here it goes.
Disclaimer . I DO NOT OWN THEM, HASBRO DOES. I Just use them
Summary: My response to my fanfic challenge made on 1/19/2004

Pandemonium in the Infirmary
Looking at the travel brochures Doc smiled. He was finally getting the much needed vacation after several months.
"Just me sand and a cold drink," Doc said looking at Lifeline.
"Some of us could only be so lucky, but hey you earned it" the medic said.
"Are you sure you can handle the infirmary by yourself? I mean it does get a little crazy around here." Doc said second guessing his vacation.
"Nothing I cannot handle Doc," Lifeline said..
Little would the medic come to realize it might be a little harder then he thought.
Doc had left that morning, Liftticket took him on his way.
Doc smiling ,"He has no idea."
Later that day.
Lifeline was feeling pretty good about his day so far nothing was going on too bad. Doc was overestimating what would happen.
Not too long later...
"Lifeline!, "some one yelled his name. The medic shot out from the desk
Dusty and Covergirl was carrying Clutch in.
"There was a accident" Dusty said
:"He was messing around and fell off the Wolverine" Dusty said.
Clutch moaned as they put him on a stretcher. Meanwhile two green shirts came down, one looked greener then the other.
"Lifeline we do not feel well," One of the green shirts said. The other ran to the bathroom.
Lifeline was standing there, "Ok let me get him first" the medic said looking at Clutch..
Lifeline gave him a sedative and something for pain, ."He has a few cracked ribs"
"Ok guys watch him, he will sleep but may wake up goofy, let me know if he needs anything," Lifeline said.
Turning back to the green shirt standing there he pointed him over to a stretcher. .The green shirt looked as green as his uniform
"Well it looks like a 24 hours bug, you two just stay here and..." the medic could not finish the sentence.
Just then Beachhead appeared" Where are those maggots? Where are my recruits!" he yelled to high heaven.
In the meantime Clutch woke up and started to sing." You lost that loving feeling, oooo that loving feeling.."
"Hey Lifeline you might want to get over here, "Dusty said over the noise of Beachhead and Clutch.
Beachhead still yelling at the recruits, "Boy you better have a real good reason for being here or by time I get done with you on the PT course you will need to be here Stand up"
With that the green shirt went to stand up, the other one still in the bathroom.
"Beachhead I know they need to be here, and if you give me a moment.."Lifeline started to say walking over to them. That was when it happened, unable to control it anymore the green shirt vomited all over Beachhead.
In the meantime Clutch was looking at Dusty, "Is that your mama?" he said looking at Cover Girl behind him With that he sat up and and gave Cover girl a huge kiss
"Why didn't you tell me your mom was this hot?" Clutch asked as he sat back down.
Dusty shrugged as he looked at the former model , Cover Girl turned away. Lifeline looked over his shoulder to see Clutch kissing Cover Girl, "Beachhead give me a minute..", the medic said starting to get worried the Ranger was furious started yelling at the sick green shirt. Lifeline trying to control the situation called Dusty and Cover Girl over to help out.
Both the Desert trooper and former model was not getting so far with him and Lifeline was trying to help the green shirt in between al this. The smell of fresh vomit was still in the air.
Clutch still feeling goofy and watching the commotion around him was getting hot so he stripped down to just his socks, Lifeline , Dusty and Cover girl was still trying to keep beachhead from having a heart attack or killing the recruit did not see him as he got up. That was when Clutch spotted it. There on the desk was Lifelines rally monkey, The mechanic got a idea he walked over and got the monkey and went to tie it to the fan.
He stood up on the stretcher, that was when he was seen.
"OH MY GOD," Cover Girl yelled.
All looked over. There way Clutch in his socks only tying the monkey to the fan.
Beachhead was forgotten for the moment.
"GET HIM DOWN!" the medic yelled. Dusty and Lifeline ran over to grab the mechanic, just then as he was getting down, Clutch pulled the fan speed chain on HIGH. There went the rally monkey round and round and flew off against the wall.
"ALRIGHT! That was neat." Can I do that again?" , Clutch said.
"NO!" all three of them said at once and trying to get a gown on him.
"is there anything on T.V.?", Clutch asked, thinking that was a good idea Dusty turned on the television.. All they had on was Alley Mc something or another.
"Wow did you see that?" Clutch asked with amazement never knew they could do that." The mechanic watched as the dancing babies went across the screen.
Engrossed in the show , Lifeline gave him another shot. Clutch fell asleep.
"One down, One to go," the medic said to himself. Looking at his watch.
Turning back to Beachhead, "You know if I were you.."
Beachhead gave the medic a look to end all sentences and turned around and left still pissed .Dusty and Cover girl walked up, "We are going to go now" Dusty said as he started laughing at all that had transpired that afternoon.
The infirmary was quieting down, Clutch was asleep, the green shirt was asleep and the other after Beachhead left finally came out of the bathroom.
The medic had just sat down, and the phone rang. Lifeline picked it up, "Lifeline here."
"Lifeline this is Doc, I just wanted to ask how you day went. Hey the weather is great here," Doc said .
"You would not believe my day," lifeline said as he smiled listening to Doc describe the ladies in their bikinis , wishing at that moment he was there.
