loan shark Registered User Posts: 46 (8/7/01 9:24 pm) Reply	Summer Heat It has been hot, but not as bad as last year. I am looking forward to September and that first little "cool" spell. It's only a few weeks away! I think the frequent rains we have had this summer has kept it from seeming quite so bad. At least we have stayed green.
honeycomb Registered User Posts: 48 (8/8/01 9:10 am) Reply	summer heat I'm not bothered by it too much because I'm fortunate enough to get to stay in the a/c most of the time. I do however take care of my yard work and find myself taking more breaks that I used to. Not sure if it's because it's hotter or just older age. My poor husband is remodeling a house and is working both inside & out but even when he works inside all day the work he does is so physical that he comes home drenched with sweat. I don't like to be cold but I am looking forward to a cool spell for his sake.
