Praise Report!

Hi Ladies,

I meant to post this a while ago, but just never got to it…thanks for the reminder, Corri!

We borrowed a video several weeks ago from my brother’s employer that they had used for a graphics job they were doing. I sent it back a few days later with my brother to return (actually set it by the door with something to go to the library – didn’t tell him it was there –oops!), and it never got to the office. So we looked ALL over our house, in all the vehicles, and checked with the library THREE times to see if it might have been returned there by accident.
The company that the video had come from was asking my brother’s employer to return it (wouldn’t you know, it was their only one!), so it was rather frustrating

for all of us. After several days they asked again, so we checked all the same places again with no results. I was frustrated, because I was partly responsible, and I started thinking about that verse that says “All things work together for good…” I myself couldn’t see how this was going to work out for good, but God did say ALL things, right?! Then a sentence popped into my mind from John 14:1 – “Let not your heart be troubled”. I felt like God was telling me not to worry about it, so I prayed, and even though it was hard, I tried to trust in the Lord.
Now for the end of the story…Daddy and I went to the library to check again, because we didn’t know where else it could be. The librarian looked in a bin, and…pulled out the video!!!!! I tell you, a video never looked so good!!! :lol

I just want to Praise the Lord ~ He always works things out!!!! I’ve learned a lesson of trusting in Him, because he will never fail – even in little things. Just wanted to share it with you! We serve a wonderful Lord, don’t we?!!!!

That was so wonderful to hear, Hannah!
Isn't God so good? He just wants us to trust Him and rest in Him. He will surely take care of His trusting children.
