The guys at AHORA (Southwest)have come up with a new Pro T-Jet class community-2.webtv.net/nas.../BPROTJET/ The cars have wheels and axles like modern cars or Fray style cars but with modern bodies to keep the tires realistically inboard. To make one you add posts to a modern stock car slot car body. As you can see from the above URL ,the AHORA group program includes many modifications. I really like this approach to running wide wheels. You get the realism of T-Jet racing and realism in appearance as well.

Well Kiss my Lola's goodbye!

That is a GREAT looking class of cars.! Most of my fray legal car chassis are alredy set up with the BSRT rears and Wizard fronts. A question. Do you know, and it was hard to tell from the pictures, if the "Low Low" tires are nessesary for body clearance, or is it just for performance?

Thanks for the Heads Up! This looks promising!
Racin' & Postin'& ownin' LOTS of Tyco Nascar bodies :lol Rockinator

I built one that will accept any slip on. It would depend on how low you made the rear post. If you look around the AHORA site they have some build specs for their rules. There is a good thread going about this at the Slot Car Center also.
